Service Description
Zali provides AI-powered booking and scheduling services connecting customers with local home service contractors.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Zali. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of any phone number you submit.
Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Zali regarding service bookings, confirmations, reminders, and related communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at kshfshakil@gmail.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of Liability
Zali is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disputes arising between customers and service providers. We facilitate scheduling but are not a party to the service agreement itself.
Privacy
Your use of Zali is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
